At onService, we prioritize customer satisfaction and transparency. Please review the following terms before making a purchase.
Payment Policy
We only process payments after conducting a detailed system check and confirming that your issue has been resolved to your satisfaction. However, due to the complexity of computer systems, some issues may not be immediately apparent and may recur after some use. While we strive to resolve all problems, certain systems may respond unpredictably based on usage. In rare cases, an issue that appears to be fixed may return.
To ensure peace of mind, we offer a 30-day service warranty on all our services.
Service Warranty & Refund Policy
If the same issue reoccurs or you require further assistance within 30 days of payment for a one-time fix, we will provide free additional support. However, this coverage applies only to the original problem reported.
If we are unable to find a solution after exhaustive troubleshooting, a refund may be issued. However, if significant time and effort have been invested in diagnosing and attempting to resolve your issue, we reserve the right to charge a minimum of $49.99 service fee for the time spent.
Extended Service Plans
For additional protection and ongoing support, we offer extended service plans in 6-month, 1-year, 2-year, and 3-year options. These plans provide unlimited phone and remote support for any computer-related issues during the coverage period.
Key benefits of extended service plans:
- Unlimited remote assistance and troubleshooting
- Significant cost savings on technical support
- Coverage for all software-related issues
Limitations:
- Hardware parts, in-store repairs, and onsite technician visits are not included
- The number of service requests must remain within reasonable usage limits, consistent with other subscribers
If you decide to cancel an extended service plan within 30 days, a $150 cancellation fee will apply to cover the first service provided.
Fair Usage Policy
We encourage customers to use our services as often as needed. However, to ensure fair access for all subscribers, service requests should align with reasonable usage levels. This policy helps maintain service availability for all customers.
